Institutional Dealer (Cash)

About the role

The Institutional Dealer (Cash) will act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, driving lead generation, client onboarding, and ongoing service delivery across cash market activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential leads and convert them into institutional clients.
• Service existing clients by providing required information, coordinating with the back‑office, capturing orders, ensuring proper execution, and sending trade confirmations.
• Gather continuous client feedback to improve service quality and support business growth.
• Deliver market analysis prepared by the research department to clients.
• Coordinate with the custodian and back‑office to ensure cash market trades are cleared.
• Identify opportunities and develop strategies within the derivatives segment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in institutional sales or client‑facing roles within cash markets.
• Strong understanding of trade execution, clearing processes, and back‑office coordination.
• Ability to analyze market data and communicate insights to clients.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑service mindset.
