Industrial Equipment Operator

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Industrial Equipment Operator to join our on‑site team in India. The successful candidate will operate and maintain a range of machinery used in our manufacturing and production processes, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor industrial equipment and heavy machinery.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist with material handling, including forklift operations.
• Support the operations team to improve overall productivity and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proficient in equipment operation and heavy‑equipment handling.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and forklift operation.
• Knowledge of excavation techniques and processes.
• Strong adherence to safety standards and operational protocols.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in equipment operation is a plus.
