IAM / FSM Specialist – Java/Python & SAP BTP

About the role

We are looking for an IAM / FSM specialist to design, configure and maintain identity and access management solutions within SAP Service and Asset Manager environments. The role combines Java or Python development with deep SAP BTP and mobile service configuration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java/Python components that integrate with SAP IAM and FSM modules.
• Configure SAP Service and Asset Manager, including mobile services, SYCLo, MDK and mobile client settings.
• Set up and manage SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) destinations, cloud connector, authorizations, IDP, trust relationships and role collections.
• Consume and test OData services using REST clients such as Bruno and Postman.
• Design and prototype AI agents or bots using Joule Studio or comparable platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Java or Python programming.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP Service and Asset Manager configuration.
• Experience with SAP BTP setup and security concepts.
• Ability to work with REST tools and OData services.
• Interest in AI agent development.
