Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will partner with business leaders to design and execute people strategies that drive organisational goals. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR business partner, aligning HR initiatives with workforce plans and organisational objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, develop employer branding, and build talent pipelines.
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews and development planning.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, conduct salary benchmarking and ensure internal equity.
• Handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Drive organisational development and change‑management programmes to improve engagement and productivity.
• Design and deliver learning and development initiatives, including leadership and technical training.
• Utilise HRIS platforms (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and analytics tools (Power BI) to generate workforce insights and dashboards.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior HR role covering multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best‑practice HR processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
