HSEQ Assurance Analyst

About the role

SkySpecs is looking for an HSEQ Assurance Analyst to support its global HSEQ function through data‑driven operational assurance and compliance activities. The analyst will review inspection imagery and operational data to spot safety concerns, maintain compliance platforms and assist with audit preparation. This position is fully remote, allowing flexible work across North American and European time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct systematic reviews of inspection imagery and operational monitoring data to assess compliance with defined HSEQ requirements.
• Record, analyse and report assurance findings, identifying trends, behaviours and areas of increased operational risk.
• Maintain and update customer compliance platforms such as ISNetworld, Veriforce, ComplyWorks and Achilles.
• Coordinate collection of HSEQ documentation, certifications and supporting evidence for audits and routine reporting.
• Escalate significant findings or potential non‑compliance to the appropriate HSEQ representative.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review high volumes of imagery and data accurately.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills to identify patterns and trends.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, dashboards and online systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with flexible hours.

Required skills

• Experience with compliance platforms such as ISNetworld, Veriforce, ComplyWorks and Achilles.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
