About the role
QIMA is looking for an enthusiastic HR Projects Coordinator to join its Global Support Services team on a 6‑month contract (possible extension). This entry‑level position supports the HR Analytics team with administrative, coordination, and data‑management tasks across a variety of HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR project trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Organise HR files, records, and shared folders.
- Assist with onboarding programs, policy updates, audits, surveys, and reporting cycles.
- Collect, clean, and prepare data for basic HR and people‑analytics reporting.
- Perform data quality checks and support simple system‑administration tasks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline or automate recurring processes.
- Document standard operating procedures and workflows.
- Serve as a point of contact for routine HR project queries and share updates with stakeholders.
Required profile
- Early‑career professional or recent graduate interested in HR or business analytics.
- Highly organised with strong follow‑up and communication skills.
- Comfortable handling data, documentation, and repetitive administrative tasks.
- Motivated to improve processes through systems and automation.
