HR Projects Coordinator – Entry Level Contract

About the role

QIMA is looking for an enthusiastic HR Projects Coordinator to join its Global Support Services team on a 6‑month contract (possible extension). This entry‑level position supports the HR Analytics team with administrative, coordination, and data‑management tasks across a variety of HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR project trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Organise HR files, records, and shared folders.
• Assist with onboarding programs, policy updates, audits, surveys, and reporting cycles.
• Collect, clean, and prepare data for basic HR and people‑analytics reporting.
• Perform data quality checks and support simple system‑administration tasks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline or automate recurring processes.
• Document standard operating procedures and workflows.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine HR project queries and share updates with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional or recent graduate interested in HR or business analytics.
• Highly organised with strong follow‑up and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling data, documentation, and repetitive administrative tasks.
• Motivated to improve processes through systems and automation.
