HR Executive – Full‑time, On‑site in Ahmedabad

About the role

BuildBit is looking for an HR Executive to manage day‑to‑day HR operations, drive recruitment and support employee growth in its Ahmedabad office.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs, write job descriptions, source candidates and schedule interviews.
• Handle onboarding documentation, joining formalities and induction for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data and HR databases.
• Respond to employee queries, resolve concerns confidentially and support a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, tracking probation, confirmations and performance reviews.
• Plan engagement activities and contribute to a healthy team environment.
• Prepare HR reports and coordinate with management on HR and admin requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and tasks simultaneously.
• Professional and confidential handling of employee information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
