HR Associate Partner – Last Mile PXT

About the role

The HR Associate Partner supports the Last Mile PXT team by ensuring workforce planning, employee engagement and stakeholder coordination. The role blends data‑driven analysis with hands‑on employee relations to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure headcount delivery through effective planning, absenteeism assumptions and analysis of external factors such as weather or festivals.
• Lead employee connection and engagement initiatives, handling grievances and queries to boost morale and productivity.
• Proactively sense employee‑relations issues and escalate them to leadership when needed.
• Prepare data analysis, reports and dashboards using HRIS and Microsoft Excel.
• Manage stakeholders including operations leaders, manpower agencies, transportation and canteen vendors.

Required profile

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of employee relations and compliance (advantage).
• High integrity, intellectual honesty and strong work ethic.
• Consistent effort, commitment and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Team player with an ownership mindset focused on results.
• At least 6 months of human‑resources experience.
• At least 6 months of Microsoft Office experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
