Housekeeping Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at our Haridwar property. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, organized and stocked according to company standards.
• Manage laundry operations, including collection, washing, ironing and distribution of linens.
• Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Assist guests with requests, providing courteous and prompt service.
• Train new team members and collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team‑oriented, on‑site environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in housekeeping procedures.
• Experience with laundry services.
