About the role
We are looking for a full-time Housekeeping Floor Attendant to join our team at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The successful candidate will help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors and public areas, contributing to a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to hotel standards.
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, linens and minibar items.
- Collect and manage laundry, ensuring proper handling of linen and cleaning supplies.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and queries.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve high hygiene and presentation standards.
Required profile
- Physical stamina for manual cleaning tasks and ability to work alternating shifts.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Organisational ability to maintain cleanliness standards efficiently.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Proficiency in laundry operations and handling of linen and cleaning supplies.
