Housekeeping Attendant – Hotel Pune

About the role

Join the housekeeping team at a leading luxury hotel in Pune. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑stocked, and ready for a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests.
• Prepare and transport housekeeping carts with supplies.
• Enter guest rooms following security procedures, verify vacancy, and replace amenities, linens, and towels.
• Make beds, fold terry, clean bathrooms, and remove trash and used linen.
• Inspect room appliances for presence and proper functioning.
• Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls, furniture, and fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor‑care duties in rooms and hallways.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report hazards or maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and uphold guest service standards.

Required profile

• No high‑school diploma or prior experience required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull carts and objects up to 25 lb unaided; heavier items with assistance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Willingness to assist guests, including those with disabilities.
