Housekeeping Associate (GSA)

About the role

As a Housekeeping Associate (GSA) you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean, hygienic and safe, contributing to maximum guest satisfaction and the hotel's profitability. You will work closely with other hotel departments to maintain impeccable standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent cleanliness standards in guest rooms, public areas, executive offices and other assigned spaces.
• Manage and safeguard departmental master keys and other keys to ensure guest and property security.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to optimise cooperation, productivity and guest service.
• Interact courteously with guests and staff, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues.
• Support team members to deliver efficient and effective housekeeping services.
• Report any matters that could affect hotel interests to management.

Required profile

• Warm, caring personality with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide a professional, welcoming presence.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
