Hotel Guest Environment Expert – Housekeeping

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will help create memorable experiences for hotel guests by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of rooms and public areas. This full‑time position is based in New Delhi and is part of Marriott International’s commitment to wonderful hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to high standards of hygiene.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 lb safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while performing physical tasks.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and company policies.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
