Head of Structure Painting Division (Industrial Coating)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Structure Painting Division. The role involves full responsibility for planning, execution, client interaction, safety, and business coordination across multiple industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the entire Structure Painting Division, from project planning to successful closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate and industrial clients such as steel plants, cement plants, EPC firms, and infrastructure companies.
• Oversee project execution at various sites, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate scaffolding operations, labour, and safety compliance on all project sites.
• Control paint stock, consumables, and related assets to optimize operational efficiency.
• Handle commercial aspects including BOQ preparation, billing, costing, and profitability analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale structure painting or industrial coating projects.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage audits, technical discussions, and issue resolution.
• Excellent command of safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, supervisors, engineers, applicators, and scaffolding crews.
