Growth Manager – Social Media & Community

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Growth Manager to lead Zynga’s social media and community initiatives. The role combines strategy, execution and analysis to expand our player base and amplify product messaging across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the social‑media agency, ensuring campaigns meet brand KPIs and drive engagement.
• Design, launch and optimise social media campaigns that grow follower numbers and deepen player interaction.
• Build and nurture active community platforms for Zynga players worldwide.
• Act as the central liaison for marketing functions, creating high‑impact pitch decks and translating product roadmaps into compelling narratives.
• Identify, negotiate and manage influencer partnerships to generate authentic brand awareness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce engaging content that resonates with diverse audience segments.
• Analyse organic growth levers and retention metrics to inform sustainable user‑acquisition strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fast‑paced consumer tech, entertainment/gaming or D2C/e‑commerce environments.
• Hands‑on, results‑driven mindset with a track record of scaling social media and community programs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align multiple stakeholders around a unified product voice.
