Graphic Designer - Pre Press

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Graphic Designer to join our team and work on a wide range of digital and offline media. The role focuses on pre‑press design, ensuring concepts are translated into high‑quality visual assets that meet stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop design concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Create rough layouts that define arrangement, size, typography and overall aesthetic.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage budgets, and set timelines.
• Prepare drafts based on briefs and refine them into final illustrations, logos and other graphics.
• Apply appropriate colours, layouts and design standards for each project.
• Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs.
• Test graphics across various media and ensure final layouts are visually appealing.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers and art services to complete projects.
• Maintain technical knowledge through workshops and professional publications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Graphic Design or a comparable discipline.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, detail and visual composition.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional approach to time, cost and project management.

• Proficiency with Photoshop.
• Proficiency with InDesign.
• Proficiency with Quark.
• Proficiency with Illustrator.
