Graphic Designer – Marketing & Communications

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join Aquatech’s in‑house marketing and content team. The role will shape visual communication across brand, product, digital, social, print and internal channels for a diversified industrial manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, carousels, campaigns, ads and other digital content.
• Develop brochures, catalogues, flyers, presentations, posters and other marketing collateral.
• Translate technical product information into clear, engaging visual communication.
• Build visual concepts from briefs and marketing objectives, adapting designs for different platforms and regional markets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, content calendars and brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistency of Aquatech’s visual identity, typography, layouts and brand assets.
• Coordinate with manufacturing units to gather product images and specifications.
• Support basic photography, image editing, motion graphics and AI‑assisted creative work.
• Manage relationships with printers, photographers, videographers and external partners.
• Organise working files, templates and brand assets; travel to sites when required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple briefs and deadlines.
• Comfortable handling feedback and defending creative decisions.
• Experience working in product‑focused, industrial or factory environments.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Canva.
• Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Figma.
• AI‑assisted creative tools.
