Graphic Designer – Creative Solutions (Bangalore)

About the role

Smytten is looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join its Creative Solutions team in Bangalore. You will help shape the visual identity of an innovative omnichannel ecommerce platform that enables consumers to try products before they buy.

Key responsibilities

• Understand user needs, behaviours and pain points within the ecommerce context.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into visual concepts.
• Communicate design ideas clearly through sketches, wireframes and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to complex business processes, data flows and user interactions.
• Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Conduct prototyping and usability testing before final implementation.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in an ecommerce environment with basic UI/UX knowledge.
• Strong creative thinking, excellent time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Proven graphic design expertise demonstrated through a solid portfolio.
• Leadership ability to motivate and guide a design team.
• Adaptability to feedback and changing project requirements while maintaining creative vision.
