Graphic Designer – Branding, Packaging & Video Editing

About the role

IndieFolio Network is hiring a Graphic Designer for a fast‑growing, VC‑backed startup in the building‑materials sector. The role is hands‑on and focuses on creating brand‑centric visual assets across packaging, social media, and marketing collateral, with occasional basic video editing.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media creatives and marketing assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop product packaging concepts and visual communication materials.
• Create branding elements and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
• Produce simple reels and edit video clips using basic video‑editing tools.
• Collaborate with the brand team to ensure cohesive brand expression.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital marketing work.
• Ability to work on‑site in Raipur, six days a week.
• Interest in a startup environment and B2B product branding.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects for basic video editing.
• Familiarity with Figma and basic UI concepts (nice to have).
• Exposure to AI‑generated design tools such as Midjourney or Ideogram (nice to have).
