Graphic Designer – Branding, Digital & Print

About the role

Gracia Marcom is seeking a Graphic Designer to turn business objectives, brand ideas and written content into thoughtful, visually compelling, production‑ready designs. The role spans branding, digital assets, print production, exhibitions and event projects, and is based in our Gota office.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret creative briefs, campaign objectives and brand guidelines to develop original visual concepts.
• Design newsletters, logos, brand identities, stationery, brochures, flyers, catalogues, presentations and corporate profiles.
• Create website banners, landing‑page graphics, emailers and other digital assets.
• Develop event and exhibition materials such as backdrops, standees, booth graphics, stage screens and venue signage.
• Prepare print‑production artwork with correct dimensions, bleed, margins, colour modes and resolution.
• Coordinate with copywriters, digital marketers, web developers, event teams and print vendors, ensuring error‑free final files.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional graphic‑design experience with a portfolio showing branding and print work.
• Strong eye for typography, colour, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to convert a brief into a clear visual direction and explain design decisions.
• Attention to detail, capable of spotting errors before release.
• Comfort managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and accepting constructive feedback.
