Frontend Developer (React/TypeScript)

About the role

Concentrix is looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to join its Technical Products and Services team. You will work on high‑impact, customer‑facing applications, leveraging modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud services to deliver fast, reliable, and intuitive user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality web applications using TypeScript, ReactJS and related technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyse requirements and define technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing applications for performance, responsiveness and scalability.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of professional software development experience.
• At least 7 + years of hands‑on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of state management (Redux/Redux Toolkit) and performance optimisation techniques such as lazy loading and memoisation.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and modern build tools (Vite, Webpack).
• Proven ability to lead or mentor development teams is preferred.
