Frontend Developer – Build AI‑Powered Construction Platform

About the role

You will own the entire frontend surface of our AI‑powered construction platform, delivering daily value to enterprise users. Working closely with the Head of AI Engineering, you will ship production‑ready code each week for real infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of AI Engineering on UX for AI agent workflows, including prompt surfaces, citations, and human review loops.
• Build, ship, and maintain the web application as the product evolves.
• Translate complex construction data into clean, fast, and intuitive interfaces.
• Design and implement real‑time interactions with the backend, including streaming agent responses.
• Develop and maintain a disciplined design system with reusable components, tokens, and built‑in accessibility.
• Own performance by tracking Core Web Vitals, setting performance budgets, and ensuring fast load times on enterprise networks.
• Deploy your work end‑to‑end, monitoring it in production.
• Engage with customers when needed to gather feedback.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional frontend experience shipping production web applications, preferably for B2B enterprise systems, with a demonstrable product.
• Strong command of React and TypeScript, thinking in components, types, and state.
• Demonstrated eye for UI polish, clarity, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience building data‑heavy or enterprise interfaces such as dashboards, tables, time‑series charts, and complex forms.
• Hands‑on experience with REST and WebSocket clients, including error handling, retries, and optimistic updates.
• Working knowledge of accessibility fundamentals (WCAG, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation).
• Ability to own a feature from API contract through production deployment without hand‑holding.
• Good Git discipline, code‑review habits, and a focus on clean, testable code.
