About the role
The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests at the Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, handle guest inquiries, and support the overall guest experience with professionalism and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
- Set up accurate guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information, and ensure correct rates.
- Handle cash, vouchers, paid‑outs, and all payment types; balance receipts and perform bank drops.
- Compile daily reports, cashier and closing logs, and communicate any security or loss‑prevention issues.
- Provide guests with directions, property information, and assist with special requests, including accessibility needs.
- Support management in training, evaluating, and coaching team members.
- Maintain compliance with safety, appearance, confidentiality, and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant hospitality experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- No specific license or certification required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
