About the role
The Front Office Associate will be the first point of contact for guests at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, ensuring a consistently high level of service throughout their stay. Working within the Rooms Division, the role supports the smooth operation of the reception area and contributes to overall guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests courteously, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations using the hotel’s front‑office system.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold hotel standards for cleanliness, safety and presentation at the reception desk.
Required profile
- Diploma or qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel operations or front‑office functions.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
