Front End Engineer – Remote (India)

About the role

Sleek is looking for a Front End Engineer to own the development of its customer‑facing digital experiences and growth‑driven microsites. The role is fully remote and focuses on performance, SEO, and marketing automation to deliver fast, conversion‑optimized web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Launch high‑performance frontend experiences with Lighthouse scores above 90.
• Deliver the MTD landing page and web app frontend, ensuring Core Web Vitals compliance.
• Build responsive, accessible, pixel‑perfect UIs using React, Next.js and TailwindCSS.
• Reduce initial page load time and optimise SEO to improve discovery and conversion.
• Develop a reusable microsite framework with modular content components.
• Implement schema markup, meta optimisation, and structured data for search visibility.
• Enable the Growth team to launch microsites independently.
• Integrate a headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful or Strapi) for content autonomy.

Required profile

• Passionate about building fast, SEO‑ready user interfaces.
• Comfortable collaborating with Product Design, Growth and Marketing teams.
• Experience delivering scalable web solutions for a global audience.
