French Trainer – Remote (Online)

About the role

Toronto French Academy (TFA) is seeking a qualified French Trainer to deliver online language classes to students ranging from A1 to B2 levels. The primary focus of the role is to prepare learners for the TEF Canada exam through engaging, structured sessions. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in India while collaborating with a growing team of experienced trainers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live French classes, both individual and group, via online platforms.
• Design and deliver curriculum aligned with TEF Canada exam modules.
• Present demo sessions to prospective students to showcase teaching methodology.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instruction as needed.
• Utilize Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, and Drive to organize lessons, share materials, and track performance.

Required profile

• DELF certification at B1 level or higher (B2/C1 preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching French, preferably with TEF Canada preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable delivering instruction through online teaching platforms.
• Availability for morning shifts (4:30 AM–8:30 AM IST, Tue–Sat) and evening shifts (5:30 PM–10:30 PM IST, Mon–Fri).
