Founding Operator - Brand Growth

About the role

We are an AI‑native e‑commerce management company building intelligent agents to automate Amazon brand operations. As a Founding Operator – Brand Growth you will own the full marketing stack for our Amazon US and UK clients, driving paid advertising, listing optimisation and promotional campaigns while shaping the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Run and optimise paid ad campaigns on Amazon, identifying decisions that can be automated.
• Analyse performance data, adjust spend and document decision logic for AI training.
• Optimise product listings for conversion and create rubrics for AI‑driven scaling.
• Launch new products and promotions, building repeatable playbooks from each launch.
• Monitor competitors and market trends, flagging patterns for automated alerts or dashboards.
• Handle client communications, identifying updates that can be templated or auto‑generated.
• Translate workflows into specifications for AI agents and collaborate with product on automation priorities.
• Test AI tools in live operations, report findings and iterate quickly.
