Fleet Manager – Bengaluru

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Fleet Manager to lead our vehicle fleet operations in Bengaluru. The role is on‑site and focuses on ensuring compliance, safety, and optimal performance of our fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations and coordinate with drivers and team members.
• Track and manage vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Analyze fleet data to identify efficiency improvements and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and relevant DOT regulations.
• Develop and manage the fleet budget, monitoring expenses and cost control.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in fleet operations and management.
• Background in operations management with a focus on efficiency optimization.
• Excellent analytical abilities for performance tracking and decision‑making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Management or a related field.
