Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance function of a pioneering wellness centre focused on holistic well‑being. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end accounting, financial closures, compliance, taxation, audits, MIS reporting and cash‑flow management in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting, month‑end and year‑end closures.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare audit schedules.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash‑flow forecasts and financial statements for senior management.
• Drive process automation and improve financial controls.
• Oversee tax planning, filing and liaison with tax authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Preferably ICWA qualified.
• Prior experience in wellness, hospitality or service industries is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Leadership skills to manage a small finance team.
