Finance & Strategy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance & Strategy Manager to translate company‑wide strategies into detailed financial plans that support Revolut’s rapid global growth. The role partners closely with the CFO and Executive Committee to allocate capital, evaluate investments and provide data‑driven insights across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Convert high‑level strategic roadmaps into ambitious, multi‑year financial plans.
• Allocate capital and approve strategic investments for Marketing, Sales, Credit, Savings and other departments.
• Develop and deliver performance analysis across countries, user segments and promotional campaigns.
• Design structured approaches for budgeting, P&L tracking and KPI definition.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven tools to automate financial monitoring.
• Collaborate on high‑impact projects directly with the CFO and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data‑analysis consulting, or strategic/commercial finance within a top‑tier tech company.
• Proven track record of delivering results in cross‑functional, high‑growth environments.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to produce rigorous reports and frameworks.
