Finance Executive (F&B Cost Controller)

About the role

As a Finance Executive (F&B Cost Controller) you will support the hotel’s financial operations by overseeing cost control of food, beverage and supplies, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across key departments.

Key responsibilities

• Promote safe work practices and manage risk to reduce accidents and compensation costs.
• Conduct credit investigations, manage receivables and ensure timely recovery of accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as wholesalers, travel agents and airlines to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records, update credit applications and manage filing systems.
• Process sundry payments, post credit entries and support overall hotel operational finance.
• Control and minimise food, beverage and supply expenses through effective cost‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Management or related field; professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in a managerial operational accounting role.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated alignment with Hilton’s core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with hospitality systems: OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK.
