Finance Controller

About the role

Elior Group, a global leader in food services, is seeking an experienced Finance Controller for its India business. Based in Bengaluru, you will oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls to support the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate numbers and close Head Office books accurately and on time.
• Prepare and submit performance packs, balance sheet, and P&L packs to the group.
• Manage direct and indirect tax matters, including planning, filing returns, and representation before authorities.
• Coordinate statutory and tax audits, implement auditor recommendations.
• Develop and monitor best accounting practices and control procedures.
• Review MIS reports and provide variance, margin, inventory, Capex, DSO, and DPO analysis to senior management.
• Report financial statements in compliance with IGAAP and IFRS.
• Ensure adherence to group reporting, compliance, internal control, and fraud‑risk analysis requirements.
• Collaborate with system development teams to create customized financial reports.
• Support functional heads with financial insights for operational decisions.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to interpret financial data and advise management.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
