Finance Analyst – Pricing & Financial Modeling

About the role

This position focuses on financial planning & analysis, pricing analysis, and advanced financial modeling. The Finance Analyst will create decision‑ready models, run scenario‑based analyses, and support pricing and business decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end financial models that integrate revenue, expense, and headcount data.
• Build and maintain pricing models at deal and customer levels.
• Design and execute scenario‑based and what‑if analyses to assess the impact of pricing changes, cost structures, and strategic decisions.
• Perform sensitivity analysis on key drivers such as volume, price, cost, and mix.
• Support ad‑hoc initiatives including pricing strategy, deal evaluation, and acquisition‑related modeling.
• Create automated dashboards, KPI reporting, and streamlined data flows.
• Prepare project‑level cost reporting, COGS and OPEX variance analysis, and margin reporting by customer and vertical.
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles and coordinate the annual budgeting process.
• Partner with finance, solutions, operations, and leadership to improve data quality and system integration.

Required profile

• Strong, hands‑on Excel expertise with advanced modeling, scenario, and sensitivity capabilities.
• Proven experience building pricing models and conducting pricing analysis.
• Deep knowledge of financial modeling, planning systems, and performance reporting.
• Understanding of budgeting cycles, forecasting processes, and financial governance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare services or private‑equity‑backed environments is a plus.
