About the role

NSIM Education is seeking passionate and experienced trainers to develop high‑quality recorded course content across a wide range of domains. You will design and deliver engaging video lessons that reach thousands of learners while building your personal brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script, and record instructional videos for selected subjects.
• Design curriculum structures and learning outcomes for each course.
• Ensure video and audio quality meets professional standards.
• Collaborate with the content team to align material with NSIM’s educational guidelines.
• Update and refresh course material based on learner feedback and industry trends.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in teaching or training, preferably in an online format.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present concepts clearly.
• Motivation to create content that engages a large audience.
• Willingness to share a short demo video as part of the selection process.
