Experienced Engineer – PWTI & Penta Projects

About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Engineer to work on PWTI and Penta projects, focusing on engine peripheral systems such as coolant, fuel, air intake, exhaust, flywheels and related packaging. The role involves turning customer requirements into robust, high‑quality components that support sustainable transport solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engine coolant, air intake, exhaust, flywheel, flywheel housing, NVH and packaging solutions for Penta projects.
• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications and requirement documents.
• Apply engineering quality methods including DFMEA and Root Cause Analysis in daily activities.
• Develop sheet‑metal, pipe, hose and casting parts and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, partners and suppliers to resolve technical issues and drive component development.
• Define verification and validation plans and ensure designs meet business targets.
• Support product release through concept, development and industrialisation phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in design and development of engine peripheral systems.
• Ability to work under tight schedules and deliver projects on time.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and document customer requirements.
• Experience collaborating with global cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
