Executive N‑Production – Visakhapatnam

About the role

We are looking for an Executive N‑Production to join our manufacturing team in Visakhapatnam. The role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures, and supporting shift planning and material management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to production processes as per defined procedures and instructions.
• Manage raw material additions according to batch requirements.
• Record transactions and process data in SAP.
• Update environmental and quality records regularly.
• Report progress, production details, and issues to superiors.
• Plan shift activities covering manpower, machines, and batches.
• Conduct in‑process checks following process guidelines.
• Capture equipment breakdowns using MAINTWIZ.
• Monitor consumable stock levels and raise requisitions.
• Maintain shop‑floor hygiene and implement 5S standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records.

Required skills

• SAP for transaction recording and data management.
• MAINTWIZ for logging equipment breakdowns.
