Executive Graphic Designer (2-3 yrs experience)

About the role

DRIFT MEDIA is seeking an Executive Graphic Designer to create high‑quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and product video advertisements. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Bhubaneswar, and involves close collaboration with marketing and content teams to deliver designs that meet client objectives and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics, layouts, logos, and brand identities for a variety of digital and print media.
• Select and refine typography to ensure clear and appealing communication.
• Prepare final files for both digital distribution and print production.
• Interpret creative briefs, contribute design ideas, and revise work based on feedback.
• Coordinate regularly with the team and actively participate in the creative workflow.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing social media creatives, marketing materials, and motion‑oriented designs.
• Experience in logo design and branding to develop cohesive visual systems for clients.
• Proficiency in typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
