Executive Agriculture Trainee – Noida

About the role

Radiant Infonet Private Limited is looking for a motivated Executive Agriculture (Trainee) to join its agriculture vertical, Navankur, in Noida. The role will support sustainable agricultural development by strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and delivering technology‑enabled solutions to rural communities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the formation, promotion and strengthening of Farmer Producer Organizations.
• Maintain project documentation, reports and MIS records.
• Provide training and extension services to farmers on improved agricultural practices.
• Assist in business planning, compliance management and report preparation.
• Facilitate market linkages, branding initiatives and convergence with government schemes.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Support FPOs in licensing, technology adoption and operational growth.

Required profile

• B.Sc. Agriculture or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work effectively with farmers, stakeholders and field teams.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of agriculture and the FPO ecosystem.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Excellent documentation skills.
