Ethernet Validation Engineer – SDV Braking System

About the role
The Ethernet Validation Engineer will work on the SDV project for the Braking System, ensuring reliable Ethernet communication in automotive applications at Bosch.
Key responsibilities
- Perform requirement analysis, test design, specification derivation and test automation for Ethernet functions.
- Execute tests, analyse results, manage defects and support validation of braking system Ethernet interfaces.
Required profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics engineering.
- 3‑5 years of experience in automotive Ethernet or related validation activities.
- Familiarity with Scrum practices and ASPICE processes.
Required skills
- Ethernet application knowledge in automotive/braking domain.
- Profile activation, SOME/IP Service Discovery and NET monitoring.
- Security fields handling (Checksum, MAC, ARC) and Key Status Number architecture.
- Programming in Python and CAPL.
- Experience with ECU‑Test, Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) and ETAS test environments.
