About the role
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in Human Resources. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process.
- Create and post job openings across platforms.
- Maintain candidate communication and assist with onboarding.
- Manage and update the candidate database.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
- 0‑1 years of relevant experience.
- Available to work day shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
