English Teacher – Travel Trainer across India

About the role

We are looking for an experienced English Teacher who will travel to partner schools across India to deliver workshops, training sessions and quality audits. The role combines classroom instruction, curriculum support and on‑site evaluation to ensure the successful implementation of our English programmes. You will act as a liaison between our technology‑driven education platform and schools, helping them adopt best practices in English teaching.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct student workshops on English language and communication skills.
• Deliver training sessions on pedagogy, curriculum design and delivery methods for teachers.
• Organise seminars and orientation programmes for students, parents and school staff.
• Perform on‑site quality audits of English teaching in partner schools and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the English curriculum and report on outcomes.
• Collect field data, feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of training modules.
• Assist in developing content and training materials based on observations from the field.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining positive relationships with school leadership and staff.
• Submit timely reports on visits, session outcomes and academic quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in teaching English and conducting teacher training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Solid command of English language and subject knowledge.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality assurance.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt training to diverse school environments.
