End User Desktop Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an End User Desktop Support Technician to join our on‑site IT team. You will be the first point of contact for employees using Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices, providing hands‑on troubleshooting and ensuring a smooth digital workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and peripheral issues.
• Configure, image, and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Support conference‑room AV equipment, video‑conferencing systems and printers.
• Manage hardware asset lifecycle, inventory and device refresh programs.
• Administer MDM solutions such as Jamf and Intune.
• Resolve basic network issues (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IP conflicts).
• Handle tickets in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms and meet SLA targets.
• Document procedures and collaborate with infrastructure and network teams.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Jamf, Intune or comparable MDM tools.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• AV equipment troubleshooting experience (Zoom Rooms, Google Meet, Teams, projectors, displays).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Preferred certifications: Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), CompTIA A+.
