Director of HR Outsourcing (HRO)

About the role

The Director of HR Outsourcing (HRO) leads the strategic and executional learning agenda for large‑scale, multi‑country HR outsourcing programs. Reporting to senior leadership, the role partners with clients, operations, sales and solutions teams to ensure training models are scalable, aligned with business outcomes, and support the full hire‑to‑retire lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead training strategy for complex, multi‑country HRO transitions and transformations.
• Collaborate with Transition Directors, Solution Architects and client SMEs to design future‑state capability models that meet contract scope, SLAs and roadmap objectives.
• Oversee redesign and standardisation of HR transactional processes such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, L&D operations and HRIS.
• Drive digital and process transformation initiatives, including automation, HR technology upgrades and global standardisation programmes.
• Support executive client governance forums, steering committees and quarterly business reviews with training and capability insights.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions on RFPs, renewals and expansion opportunities, providing expertise on training and capability delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end learning and capability agendas in large‑scale, multi‑country HR outsourcing environments.
• Strong ability to work with senior client and executive stakeholders across diverse geographies.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing transformation roadmaps that align with business outcomes.

• HR Information Systems (HRIS) configuration and optimisation.
• AI/ML platforms applied to learning and operational automation.
• Cloud‑based platform deployment for HR services.
