About the role

The Director – Marketing, Branding & Communications leads the development and execution of the firm’s brand strategy across all markets. This senior role ensures consistent messaging, drives revenue growth through high‑impact marketing, and supports business development, talent branding, and executive visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing, brand, and digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop brand positioning, messaging architecture, and visual identity standards for all geographies and service lines.
• Lead brand campaigns, thought‑leadership initiatives, and market‑visibility programs.
• Own end‑to‑end website strategy, content, structure, governance, UX, SEO, and analytics.
• Design and manage the social‑media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Oversee corporate communications, PR, media releases, and executive thought‑leadership content.
• Create and execute internal communication programs to align employees with the company’s vision and culture.
• Lead proposal and pursuit writing for large deals, producing pitch decks, case studies, and standardized content libraries.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and protecting a brand across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated ability to enable revenue growth through high‑impact marketing initiatives.
• Strong expertise in developing content, positioning, and communication frameworks for senior leadership.
