Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a versatile and result‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Chennai. You will plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns to boost brand visibility, traffic and conversions while collaborating closely with the Marketing Head.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO/AEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email and content marketing.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including budget allocation, targeting and optimisation.
• Develop and execute the LinkedIn social media strategy and maintain a content calendar.
• Create content for blogs, landing pages, social posts, ad copies and email campaigns.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO activities, including keyword research and content optimisation.
• Plan and run email marketing campaigns with segmentation, automation and performance tracking.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research to inform strategy.
• Manage marketing budgets across channels and optimise spend for the best ROIC.
• Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms and new digital marketing tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Any degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads or Google Analytics are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and channels simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
