We are seeking a highly driven Digital Marketing Specialist who blends traditional digital tactics with cutting‑edge AI‑powered strategies. The role focuses on scaling email, social, and AI‑driven campaigns to accelerate global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns across email, social media and AI‑driven platforms.
• Design and maintain scalable marketing workflows using automation tools such as n8n, Zapier or Make.com.
• Analyse performance data to improve audience engagement, lead generation and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with leadership, design, content and development teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay current on AI, marketing automation and digital growth trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for automation and data‑driven optimisation.
• Creative problem‑solver who can translate AI insights into actionable campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

• Email platforms: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, Smartlead, Brevo, Klaviyo.
• Email deliverability concepts: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation, inbox placement.
• Automation & workflow tools: n8n, Zapier, Make.com.
• AI tools for marketing: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Perplexity.
• API integration, CRM and marketing platform connectivity.
