Digital Marketing Language Specialist (Spanish/French)

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven Digital Marketing Language Specialist who can manage and optimise Google Ads and Search Ads campaigns while leveraging B2‑level proficiency in Spanish or French. The role is based in our Bangalore/Gurugram office and requires a hands‑on approach to drive lead generation and improve ROI.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of Google Ads and Search Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and campaign structuring.
• Monitor and optimise performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Implement bidding strategies including Manual CPC, tCPA and tROAS.
• Perform A/B testing on ad copies and campaign layouts.
• Analyse search terms and user intent to refine targeting.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently.
• Provide actionable insights through regular campaign analysis.
• Communicate with clients when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• B2‑level proficiency in Spanish or French, with a valid language certification.
• Ability to work in rotational 24x7 shifts and a full‑time office environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
