About the role

Join BairesDev as a DevOps Engineer and lead the design, automation, and operation of cloud‑native infrastructure for global clients. You will work remotely with a high‑performing team of top‑tier engineers, driving continuous delivery and reliability across complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines using modern tools.
• Architect scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters at scale.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and incident‑response processes.
• Lead security and compliance initiatives, performing regular audits.
• Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to ensure reproducible environments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Strong expertise with AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and C++ for automation and testing.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and clean code.
• Advanced English communication skills.
