About the role

Endava is looking for a Development Lead specialized in Java to drive high‑impact projects across multiple industries. You will lead a full‑stack team, ensuring the delivery of robust, secure, and scalable digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Java‑based development initiatives.
• Coordinate and mentor full‑stack developers to meet project goals.
• Ensure implementation of required technologies such as Kafka, Oracle/DB2, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and security teams to incorporate cryptography standards and security APIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience leading full‑stack development teams.
