Developer – Branch Management System & Data Warehouse

About the role

We are seeking a Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of a Branch Management System and Data Warehouse that will consolidate business MIS for a rapidly expanding financial services organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements, create system specifications and data structures.
• Manage development activities both individually and as a team lead.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation and delivery according to agreed priorities.
• Provide domain expertise for solution implementation in a highly regulated environment.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end modules covering branch expenses, B2B/B2C/B2E services, and automated dashboards.
• Engage continuously with functional owners to align product delivery with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software development for financial services or brokerage firms.
• Ability to lead a development team and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., SEBI, RBI, AMFI).
• Experience in data warehousing and MIS reporting.
• Effective communication with business stakeholders.
